Train The Teacher delivers teacher training and educational products for HK and China. Our team brings considerable expertise and experience in training teachers to implement international TESOL methodology internationally and in the local environment.

 

We use the latest methods and carefully selected and designed material to provide fully engaged and committed training and to ensure that each trainee reaches his or her maximum potential as a teacher.

 

Years of experience in English language teaching, teacher training, and teacher management has led to the development of a Fusion Teaching Model, combining the strengths of traditional local approaches and contemporary international teaching methods. We believe that this combination leads to more efficient learning and higher levels of fluency than a single use of either the traditional or communicative approaches.

Trinity CertTESOL

 

The Trinity Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages is one of the two most widely-recognized international TESOL or TEFL qualifications in English language teaching. A Trinity CertTESOL from TTT will give you the knowledge and skills to become a successful English language teacher internationally.

Cambridge Certificate in English Language Teaching

CELT-P (Primary), CELT-S (Secondary)

 

TTT are proud to offer the Cambridge Certificate in English Teaching in Mainland China. The course length is 120 hours online and a further 30 hours face-to-face, and covers a very broad range of teaching skills and learner needs.

 

 

Short Courses

 

Our 20-hour courses are designed to help teachers better understand and more effectively plan for and implement lessons for some of the more popular English language examinations (such as the GESE, IELTS and TOEFL).  We also offer training for teachers of other core subjects in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL).

 

 

Customized Training

 

TTT offers unique courses tailored to the specific needs of individual schools, centers or contexts, as well as half to three day workshops and seminar presentations for conferences and other events.

Courses are flexible in terms of content, length, number of participants, assessment and certification.

TTT Certificate in International TESOL for Young Learners

 

This is an internationally relevant, locally targeted TTT certificate for teachers who want to excel in teaching, grow their career, and internationalise their teaching techniques.  The course will equip trainees with the basic skills and knowledge required to be a TESOL teacher for young learners in China, and give a firm foundation for further professional development.

TTT TESOL Certificate

 

TTT are proud to offer face-to-face TESOL Certificate courses of variable hours in Hong Kong.  Course length ranges from 12 to 24 hours and is determined by the depth and practice required by trainee groups and time available. The TESOL Certificate is challenging but very rewarding, and provides a firm focus on practical teaching skills.
